  1. How do I go about booking a service?

    • The fastest and easiest way is to fill out a contact form with your information. We will happily get back to you in a timely manner.

  2. What happens if we return home early or depart late?

    • Reservations are made to plan for sitter availability for Client’s reservation dates. Clients returning home early or departing later than the reservation will be required to pay for the full reservation amount of time, regardless of whether the Client returned home early or departed later than the prior reservation scheduled. No amount of money will be refunded for early returns or late departures after a reservation date has been agreed upon.

  3. What is your cancellation policy?

    • All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to services taking place.

    • Any and all cancellations made within 48 hours of services taking place are subject to a 50% fee.

    • Cancellations for Christmas and Thanksgiving must be made fourteen (14) days prior to services taking place. Any cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of services taking place are subject to a 100% fee.
